Bipasha Tech Cancellation Policy

At Bipasha Tech Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with our hosting or related services, you may cancel your server or service at any time. Upon cancellation, the amount for the days you have already used the service will be deducted, along with any applicable setup or administrative costs. After these deductions, the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to you. Bipasha Tech reserves the right to deny cancellations or refunds if the service has been misused, violated our Terms of Service, or breached any applicable policy.

Bipasha Tech Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for services that qualify under our cancellation policy. Once a valid cancellation request is approved, Bipasha Tech will calculate the refund based on the remaining unused service period, after deducting the cost of used days, setup charges, and applicable taxes or payment gateway fees. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Refunds are not applicable for domain registrations, SSL certificates, software licenses, third-party services, or promotional/discounted offers. Bipasha Tech also reserves the right to reject refund requests if fraudulent activity, abuse of services, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy is detected.
