Cancellation Policy – Bipasha Tech

1. Overview

At Bipasha Tech Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines the terms for canceling hosting, SaaS, or IT services and ensures a fair and transparent process for refunds.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Customers may cancel any hosting or SaaS service at any time.
  • The cost for days already used will be deducted from the payment, along with any applicable setup or administrative fees.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellation by Bipasha Tech

  • Bipasha Tech may cancel a service due to non-payment, misuse, or breach of Terms of Service.
  • Customers will be refunded for unused services after deducting any work or usage costs already incurred.

4. SaaS Applications & Product Services

This policy also applies to our applications including:

  • School Management System
  • Hospital & Clinic Management System
  • Other SaaS products offered by Bipasha Tech

These apps may require permissions such as:

  • Location (for attendance, geolocation services, or tracking)
  • Storage/Files (for report uploads, backups, and user data)
  • Notifications (for updates, alerts, and reminders)

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are calculated after deducting the cost of used services, setup fees, and applicable taxes.
  • Refunds are not applicable for domain registrations, SSL certificates, third-party licenses, or promotional offers.

6. Mutual Cancellation

If both parties agree to cancel a service or project, terms including any fees or refunds will be mutually decided and documented in writing.

7. Final Deliverables

Upon cancellation, any completed work or delivered services up to the cancellation date will be provided to the customer. Bipasha Tech reserves the right to withhold deliverables until all outstanding payments are settled.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from service cancellation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

9. Amendments

This policy may be amended from time to time, and changes will be communicated to customers in writing. Amendments will not retroactively affect active services unless mutually agreed.
